1) What is aWebPro.com?

aWebPro is a server based program (like software installed on a server) that automates management of many website tasks, including your shopping cart, follow up emails, mailing lists, and much more. For a full list of features, click here.

If you sell products or services online, aWebPro is for you! The less work you have to do to "run" the back end tasks of your business, the more time you can spend growing your business.

3) I already have a merchant account. Can I use your system with my existing merchant account?

Of course! Simply use your own Merchant Account and real-time gateway. We support all the leading merchant account providers: Authorize.net, QuickCommerce/ E-Commerce Exchange, EMS, PaymentPlanet and SkipJack.

4) I don't have a merchant account. Now what?

No problem! aWebPro is set up to work with third party processers for those that do not have a merchant account. You may use MyEcomPro with your PaySystems, Revecom, 2CheckOut, or even your PayPal account.

5) Are transactions processed with a secure server?

Absolutely! All transactions are processed on secured servers using top of the line 128 bit encryption.

6) What is your policy on unsolicited bulk commercial email (spam)?

We do not use or endorse the use of unsolicited bulk email. We believe that privacy issues are directly related to trust. As such, we do not distribute email addresses to third parties, and we do not allow clients using our system to send unsolicited mail through our system. 7) I am not a programmer. Do I need to know programming to use MyEcomPro?

Not at all! If you do know some html, you can have fun customizing your pages. If you do not know html or programming, we provide professional default pages that you can use as is.
